Overview
The Health and Medical Studies minor helps you look at health and medicine in a whole new way. You won’t just study science — you will explore how culture, history, race, and class shape the СÖíÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø system. You’ll learn how different fields work together and dig into big questions about fairness, access, and equity. A minor in Health and Medical Studies will allow you to develop and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of health and medicine in local and global communities.

Curriculum
In the Health and Medical Studies Program, you’ll take courses across the sciences, social sciences, and humanities to build a well-rounded understanding of health and СÖíÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø. You’ll start with foundational classes in subjects like biology, chemistry, psychology, sociology, and philosophy.
