Come hear how two Kentucky Supreme Court Justices, Chief Justice Debra Lambert and Deputy Chief Justice Robert Conley, work to apply the Constitution in our modern society, the tools they use to interpret it, how they decide difficult cases, and how the Kentucky Constitution differs from the federal Constitution.
