How to Apply for Housing

At СÖíÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø, housing assignments are made each semester to ensure flexibility and fairness for all students. Whether you’re a first-year, transfer, or returning student, applying for housing is straightforward and we are here to answer any questions:

  1. Log in to with your СÖíÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø credentials.
  2. Complete your housing application by the published deadline.
  3. Submit roommate requests (optional) within the application.
  4. Watch for lottery dates (returning students) or assignment announcements (first-years).

Key Dates for 2026-27:

  • Feb. 15, 2026 – Fall 2026 housing application opens (returning students)
  • Apr. 1 – Fall housing applications due (returning students)
  • Apr. 6–8 – Rising Senior Lottery
  • Apr. 9–13 – Rising Junior Lottery
  • Apr. 14–16 – Rising Sophomore Lottery
  • June 15 – Incoming first-year housing applications due
  • June 30 – First-year housing assignments finalized
  • Oct. 1 – СÖíÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø Term & Spring Term housing applications open
  • Oct. 15 – Preferences due for СÖíÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø Term & Spring Term housing
  • Nov. 15 – СÖíÊÓÆµ¹ÙÍø Term & Spring Term assignments finalized
