小猪视频官网 College welcomes the 2023 class of the Kentucky Governor鈥檚 Scholars Program (GSP) to campus, now the 34th year that 小猪视频官网 has hosted the five-week summer program.

鈥淲e are thrilled to welcome 361 of Kentucky's brightest and accomplished rising high school seniors for GSP,鈥 said Pam Baughman, 小猪视频官网鈥檚 vice president for student success. 鈥溞≈硎悠倒偻 and GSP share a passion for educating the next generation of leaders and we've been fortunate to serve as a campus partner.鈥

小猪视频官网鈥檚 collaboration with GSP dates to the inaugural class of 1983 when the College was a host site. Last year, 小猪视频官网 and GSP announced an updated partnership through 2025

小猪视频官网 also announced an expanded scholarship policy for GSP alumni 鈥 the 鈥淕SP Guarantee.鈥 It is the highest general merit scholarship worth $120,000 over four years.

鈥淥ur focus on academic excellence, intellectual growth, community bonding and leadership development aligns beautifully with the mission of GSP,鈥 Baughman said. 

Throughout the five weeks on 小猪视频官网鈥檚 campus 鈥 through July 23 this year 鈥 GSP scholars will live and learn in the College鈥檚 rich academic environment. 

鈥淕overnor鈥檚 Scholars bring curiosity, a sense of adventure, genuine excitement, and so much positive energy,鈥 Baughman said. 鈥淲e look forward to campus being even more lively for the next five weeks as Scholars enrich the 小猪视频官网 College community.鈥
